BASIS FOR OFFER OF GRANTS
Any grant offer will be subject to the conditions of Droitwich Preservation Trust.
- The project must be for the preservation and or restoration of old buildings and other amenities within the county of Worcestershire which are accessible to the public.
- Details of the project and the total costs with details of the necessary available funding are required for consideration by the Trustees.
- Any offer of a grant is limited to a maximum of £10,000 which has to be matched funded. Offers made are dependent on the prevailing financial conditions at the time of consideration, and amounts are made entirely at the discretion of the trustees.
- Grants will be paid on production of an invoice after completion of a contract that had previously been agreed by the Trust and a copy of the signed contract for the work by the parties concerned; together with your Architect’s report of the tenders received and certificate of payment.
- A further requirement is that the grant is taken up within one year from the date of any offer being made by the Trust.
- Acceptance of a grant assumes that you have agreed to abide by all our terms and conditions.
